Shamsiguda Sports Day: Celebrating Young Athletes 

On February 28, 2025, the Cyient Foundation hosted a vibrant “Sports Meet” at the Zilla Parishad High School and Mandal Parishad Primary School in Shamsiguda, specifically designed for the associates of Uppal. The event was a resounding success, with CSR volunteers playing a pivotal role in its execution. Their enthusiasm was palpable as they engaged with students, providing guidance and assistance on the rules and regulations of various sports activities.  

A special mention goes to Haritha Tallapaneni for her exceptional leadership in heading the planning for the Sports Meet. Her organizational skills and vision were instrumental in bringing the event to life. Additionally, Phanikishore Sathi, Trinadh Kandukuri, and Ramgopal Ankilla delivered inspiring motivational speeches that instilled a sense of pride and confidence in the students. Their words resonated deeply, encouraging the young participants to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship and strive for excellence.  

During this Meet, children showcased their talent with various vibrant dance performances to warmly greet our volunteers. Their energetic routines added a festive atmosphere to the event, celebrating the spirit of teamwork and community engagement. The performances not only entertained the audience but also expressed gratitude to the volunteers for their support and dedication to the students. 

This meet not only fostered a spirit of camaraderie and teamwork among the participants but also encouraged physical fitness and healthy competition. The volunteers’ involvement ensured that the students felt supported and motivated, making the event a memorable experience for everyone involved. Through this initiative, the Cyient Foundation reinforced its commitment to community engagement and the holistic development of young individuals in the region.
