Cyient Foundation Celebrates International Women’s Day 2025 

The Cyient Foundation marked International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2025 with a vibrant celebration at the Cyient Urban Micro Skill Centre (CUMSC), blending skill development, recognition, and advocacy for gender equality. Spearheaded by Haritha Tallapaneni, Senior Delivery Director at Cyient Uppal, the event highlighted the organization’s commitment to empowering women through education, community engagement, and inclusive opportunities. The active participation of Cyient’s CSR volunteers added depth to the event. Their involvement exemplified the organization’s ethos of “giving back” and highlighted how employee engagement can amplify social impact. From organizing activities to mentoring participants, the volunteers played a pivotal role in making the day memorable. 

The day kicked off with a warm welcome for the volunteers, followed by a series of engaging competitions in Tailoring, Baking, Rangoli, and Computer skills for the students of CUMSC. Winners were awarded Cyient-branded mementos and gifts, symbolizing their achievements and encouraging continued excellence.  

The event underscored Cyient Foundation’s mission to empower women through education, skill-building, and recognition. By blending celebration with actionable initiatives, the day served as a catalyst for long-term change, inspiring participants and volunteers alike to continue advocating for gender equality.
